Blend horizontal silos are the ideal complement for our mobile concrete mixing plants. They are extremely versatile, manageable and mobile. No authorization for installation is needed as foundations are not necessary. Flat & adequately solid ground is sufficient. Thanks to the lifting jacks (optional) the silos can be loaded and unloaded on trucks without cranes. When the Blend mobile plant is used as a fixed concrete batching plant, the silo can be connected to the Blend control unit, hence avoiding the need to stop the plant during cement loading, with a consequent increase in concrete production. The quantities of delivered and residual cement can be kept under control using the optional weigh cell system. If the Blend plant is used as a permanent fixed batching plant, we recommend one of our vertical cement silos, a more economical and efficient solution.
